About the Course
Dance Circle Training is a form of training that works through all body parts effectively and focuses on making the body strong, flexible and ready for a week full of dance or outdoor subjects.

It is a dynamic and powerful workout across the floor, accompanied by music and a partner by your side who accompanies you.

We work on fitness, flexibility, strength, coordination and balance and will definitely sweat, be challenged, and have fun.
The awareness of the body's centre, grounding, adjustment based on the structure of the skeleton, breathing and the relationship to time and space is sharpened. Training always ends with stretching.

Dance circle training is aimed at everyone interested in working with increasing body awareness. Beginners, as well as experienced dancers, can benefit from the training.
