Dance and Coreography
Focusing on the floor and release techniques, Dance and Coreography offers a discovery of dance. You will gain a foundation in modern dance and an understanding of the body as a means of expression.
We explore various body qualities, musical knowledge, and performance experiences.
Teaching emphasizes building necessary strength and understanding of your own body, which is helpful in all aspects of life! We work with technique and creativity, which resembles the life of a professional dancer.
With specific tasks and precise tools, we explore our movement abilities while we perform group movement sequences.
