The ingredients in the kitchen is primarily organic and vegetables are brought into the kitchen directly from the soil. In this way the distance from soil to table is very short and therefore always very fresh. It also means that we would rather buy an entire local cow that has gone into pens in a meadow nearby than cuts from organic cows from a large butchery. |











The food at Vestjyllands Højskole is worth a visit in itself - and this is said by all our visitors and students who all love coming back. Each day of the year the green cooks conjure up the ingredients into tasty dishes that give inspiration to the eyes as well.
